Is your furniture made from 100% solid oak?
Yes, all our primary collections are crafted from 100% solid oak. We do not use veneers, particle board, or MDF in our structural frames to ensure lifelong durability.
How do I care for my oak furniture?
To maintain the natural beauty of the wood, we recommend regular dusting with a lint-free cloth and applying a clear furniture wax every 6 months to nourish the grain.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $500. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location and the size of the item.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Every piece of furniture comes with a comprehensive 5-year structural warranty, covering any manufacturing defects or issues with the integrity of the wood.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your furniture within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Does the furniture arrive fully assembled?
Most of our larger items, such as sideboards and wardrobes, are delivered fully assembled. Smaller items like dining tables may require simple leg attachment to ensure safe transit.
